Challenges and Preparation

The Sea Turtle team faced two major challenges: "Since the topic was about clean energy business, which required extensive research, and the timing conflicted with our internships, we had limited time for preparation. Another exciting challenge was answering the committee's questions, as they probed deeply into our project to push for the best answers."

Keys to Success

"Teamwork and collaboration were crucial to our success, along with support from our advisor and faculty members. Especially, Ajarn Kandawan invited several special lecturers to listen to our presentation rehearsals and answer questions. We also studied various information to answer questions from the committee on topics we were unsure about or lacked experience in deep business insights."

Lessons and Experiences Gained

"This competition not only brought awards but also provided valuable experiences for Sea Turtle team members to develop their learning curve, good connections, communication skills, teamwork, and systematic thinking. We gained business perspectives in various aspects beyond accounting, which helps in investment decision-making, and can apply these experiences to real work in the future."

The success of both teams in the Thailand Accounting Case Competition 2024 resulted from hard work, thorough preparation, and teamwork. The experiences and lessons they gained from this competition will be an important foundation for their personal development and future growth.
