BUSEM Entrepreneurship Summit 2026: Uniting Next-Generation Business Creators, Connecting Global Knowledge to Real Opportunities

School of Entrepreneurship and Management organized "BUSEM Entrepreneurship Summit 2026," a major entrepreneurship festival that integrates "world-class knowledge" with "real business networks." The event combined international research presentations, technology and innovation seminars, investment forums, and networking activities among students, alumni, investors, and leading organizations to elevate Thai entrepreneurs' potential to the international level and create a concrete entrepreneurship ecosystem that connects learning with the real business world.

Dr.Wutnipong  Warakraisawad Dean, School of Entrepreneurship and Management, stated: "BUSEM Entrepreneurship Summit 2026 is an annual event that the School of Entrepreneurship and Management (BUSEM) aims to organize every year. It presents new trends and knowledge in entrepreneurship for society to learn and understand, as well as disseminates research by our faculty research team under the name GEM Thailand Team, who collaborates on research called GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor), which surveys the status and opinions of entrepreneurs throughout Thailand following the GEM committee's guidelines. This same research methodology is used by teams from over 50 countries worldwide. This is a work that BUSEM is very proud of. The event also features expert speakers at national and international levels who alternately lecture on interesting and necessary topics for national business development. This event reflects BUSEM's commitment to improving Thailand's entrepreneurial society, and we ask for your continued support in the coming years."

The event featured the presentation of the GEM Report for 2026 by Assoc. Prof.Dr.Suchart  Tripopsakul and the GEM Thailand research team from the School of Entrepreneurship and Management (BUSEM), disseminating GEM research results, which are international standard data reflecting BUSEM faculty's research capabilities to the public and global educational networks. The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) research report, in which Thailand participates as a country representative alongside over 60 countries worldwide, reflects the entrepreneurial situation and new economic directions. The aim is to transfer knowledge to the public, business sector, and government to support policy development and the growth of Thai entrepreneurs in the digital economy era.

The event continued with seminars from industry leaders and top investors on important topics including: "Scanning TECH Business: Analyzing Technology Trends Before Missing Investment Opportunities" by Mr. Chakkapol Thongcharoen, independent investor, founder of Scan Stocks page, creator of Bird Theory system, and author of "Scan Stocks Mindset: How to Trade for Profit"; "From Disruption to Deglobalization: The Future of Thai Innovation Business" by Dr. Phan-arj  Chairatana, Chairman of Canvas Ventures International (CVI); and "Business Fundraising Essentials: What Do You Need to Know About Raising Capital?" by Mr. Kantanat  Wuttithorn, Digital Asset Analyst Supervisor of Bitkub Academy.

From Knowledge to Action: Real Entrepreneurship Networks. The BUSEM Networking activity provided opportunities for students, alumni, and business partners to meet in an atmosphere of real business networking. Participants learned from real business pain points such as online market expansion, capital management, and startup strategies, while creating connections that can develop into real businesses. BUSEM Entrepreneurship Summit 2026 was designed to elevate academic reputation and graduate readiness for the global market while supporting new economic growth through learning, innovation, and collaboration between universities and industry. Because the future of entrepreneurs doesn't start in the classroom—it starts from connecting with the real world.
