"Ponay" Student Film Selected as 1 of 524 Global Works Screening at Rotterdam Film Festival

 

Congratulations to Mr. Hisam  Che-mama, an alumnus of the Film Department, School of Digital Media and Cinematic Arts, whose work "Ponay (or You Are Not F***ing Welcome)" in the Short & Mid-length category has been selected as 1 of 6 Thai films to screen at the 54th International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). The festival, featuring over 524 classic and new films, will be held from January 30 to February 9, 2025, in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

 

 

The 6 Thai films selected to screen at the 54th International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) are:

  • Taklee Genesis in the Harbour section
  • Operation Undead in the Harbour section
  • Santi-Vina in the Focus: Through Cinema We Shall Rise! section
  • Come with God
  • The Master
  • Ponay (or You Are Not F***ing Welcome) in the Short & Mid-length section
