BUHTM Takes 58 Prizes from Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge (TUCC)

Congratulations to students and faculty from the Hotel Management (HM) program and Culinary Arts and Design (CDI) program who won a total of 58 awards in the international culinary competition Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2025 (TUCC), certified by the World Chef Association and co-organized by the Thailand Chefs Association. The awards include 2 gold medals, 16 silver medals, 24 bronze medals, and 16 diplomas.

This success reflects Bangkok University's vision as a Practical University and Creative University, focusing on developing students with real knowledge, practical work skills, and genuine creative output through intensive hands-on learning processes and nurturing creative skills in all dimensions, particularly in service business management and culinary arts, which can be extended to international professional levels.

Best Ultimate Asian Chef Award (Professional Chef) 2025: Thanaporn Kosuntorn, 4th-year student (HM) - Trophy and 10,000 Baht Prize Money

Champion Asian Cuisine Display Challenge (Top Score): Menila Pholyon, 2nd-year student (HM) - Trophy and 5,000 Baht Prize Money
