คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว เป็นเจ้าภาพร่วมในงานประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติทางศิลปศาสตร์ประยุกต์ ครั้งที่ 12 และการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติทางศิลปศาสตร์ประยุกต์ ครั้งที่ 6 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “ความท้าทายและโอกาสแห่งการก้าวสู่ความเป็นดิจิทัลทางศิลปศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์” (The NEXT Challenges and Opportunities of Digitalization in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences) จัดโดย คณะศิลปศาสตร์ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง โดยมีผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์เข้าร่วมงานประชุมวิชาการฯ นำโดย อาจารย์เจิมสุดา มานะกุล คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวและคณาจารย์ในสายศิลปศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการทั้งระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

การจัดประชุมวิชาการครั้งนี้เป็นเวทีในการเผยแพร่ แลกเปลี่ยนข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์การค้นคว้าวิจัยด้านศิลปศาสตร์ของคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป รวมทั้งนำเสนอความรู้และผลงานการวิจัยสู่สังคมเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องต่อไป จัดขึ้น ณ อาคารกรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง
