New Thai Chef Certification Center: School of Humanities Ready to Produce Professional Culinary Experts

School of Humanities and Tourism Management has been certified to establish the "Bangkok University Skill Standard Testing Center" for tourism, sports, and exhibition sectors, specifically for Thai Cuisine Chef Level 1.

Mr. Pisorn  Janvanichyanont, Chairperson, Hotel Management Department, along with faculty members, received the certification emblem and testing center license from Ms. Kitima  Siripratarn, Director of Skill Development Institute 14 Pathum Thani.

This Skill Standard Testing Center was established to develop Thai culinary skills for both students and the general public. It aims to enhance capabilities in line with service industry demands and elevate Thai workforce standards to international levels. Students enrolled in Thai cuisine courses who pass the assessment will receive knowledge and competency certification, confirming their quality and readiness to confidently enter the industry.

The center reflects Bangkok University's vision of Practical Learning, preparing students for their careers. This marks a significant step in supporting human resource development in the service industry, which aligns with the university's core mission of elevating education and professional development for international success.
