The Global Talent Scholarship is intended for applicants with international competencies as well as exceptional foreign language skills, and are qualified to join international projects/activities. The Scholarship Student must be able to foster an ecosystem that encourages their peers to appreciate the value of having an international mindset. They will contribute to setting up activities in which both Thai and international students are engaged in. The Scholarship Student, as a Global Ambassador, will promote the University's international visibility and recognition by participating in events hosted or cohosted by international institutions/organizations.

Qualifications

  1. Only Thai Nationals are eligible to apply.
  2. Currently studying M.6 or completed a High School Diploma or Equivalent
  3. Maintain cumulative GPA of 5 semesters of 3.00 or higher, GED with a minimum of 660 points, with a minimum passing score of 165 of each of 4 different subjects
  4. Applicants are required to present one of the following English proficiency test scores (taken within the last two years of the application date).

1) IELTS = 6.0 (all bands)

2) TOEFL (IBT) = 60

3) Duolingo = 100

4) CU-TEP = 75

5) TU-GET = 60

or other internationally recognized English proficiency test scores that demonstrate proficiency equivalent to level B2 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

 

Conditions

Global Talent Scholarship offers two types of scholarships. 

  1. The Scholarship Student is exempt from paying tuition and a semester fee, but required to pay other fees.
  2. The Scholarship Student is exempt from paying tuition, but is required to pay a semester fee and other fees.

Application Documents

1. A copy of high school transcript from the basic education core curriculum M.6 (Grade 12) for all five semesters or a copy of GED certificate as per the eligibility criteria for applicants

2. A letter of recommendation

3. A copy of National Identification Card/ A copy of passport

4. Copy of evidence for any name or surname changes (if applicable)

5. Details/ Proof of having outstanding achievements relevant to the chosen program

6. A Portfolio

1. Personal Information.

Announcement of Interview Eligibility: April 11st, 2025

Interviews: April 23th -  30th, 2025

Announcement of Interview Results: May 9th, 2025

Registration: May 16th, 2025
