Learning Through Hands-on Practice: BUCA Partners with Thai PBS, Launching Thai PBS x BRS202 Initiative for Students to Produce Documentaries for Society

 

Broadcasting and Streaming Media Production Department, School of Communication Arts, in collaboration with Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS), launched the Thai PBS x BRS202 project as part of the BRS202: Digital Media Narrative course. The project will run from November through December 2025.

 

 

The project’s launch was joined by the editorial team from the Network and Public Participation Department of Thai PBS, who discussed current public issues and led a mini-workshop on documentary scriptwriting and analyzing social topics related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for students in the course.

 

 

Students will develop their work under close supervision and guidance from faculty members and the Thai PBS team, who will collaboratively select outstanding works for distribution through Thai PBS.
