BUCA X Chaixi Join Forces to Extend Academic Knowledge with Real-World Challenges

 

School of Communication Arts signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chaixi Corporation Limited (Chaixi). The signing was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Arichai  Arkaradom, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts, and Mr. Wisan  Sirikul, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Chaixi Corporation Limited. Also present as witnesses were A.Soontharee  Phonviwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts; Ms. Raksina  Sirisap, Human Resources Administration Executive at Chaixi Corporation Limited; faculty members; and student representatives from the Communication and New Media program.

 

 

This MoU signing aims to promote advancement of all School of Communication Arts programs as leaders in the marketing communications field, while providing students opportunities to work on projects based on real challenges from restaurant businesses under the corporation, such as Guay Teow Rua Suea Rong Hai (Crying Tiger Boat Noodles), BRIX dessert bar, Moo Song Chan Moo Krata (Two-Layer Pork & Hot Pot), and GAI GAI restaurants. Additionally, students can increase earning opportunities during their studies, internships, and post-internship employment with Chaixi Corporation Limited, creating new opportunities for School of Communication Arts students.

 

 

Chaixi Corporation Limited is a model Thai entrepreneurial organization that successfully developed its brand from a noodle cart to a street food franchise under the well-known "Chaixi Bamee Kiao" brand, which has been part of Thai people's lives for more than 31 years. With over 4,500 franchise branches nationwide and expanding business internationally, the company is preparing to register on the Stock Exchange in 2027, reflecting the strength, vision, and potential of a Thai organization that can proudly stand on the world stage.
