BU - The Real Creative Powerhouse Enhancing Skills Across All Dimensions, Elevating Personnel Skill Base to Global Standards

Bangkok University organized training under the "Beyond Limit-The making of high-performing Team" project, with the honor of having Mr. Krathing Ruengroj Poonpol, Group Chairman of KBTG and Founder of Disrupt Technology Venture, enhance potential through learning global leadership trends and sharing real experiences.

During the event, Asst. Prof.Sansern Milindasuta, Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the executive team of Bangkok University welcomed the guest before beginning the knowledge and experience sharing session with Bangkok University personnel.

Mr. Krathing Ruengroj shared his perspective on BU: "For me, I see BU as the main pillar of creativity in this country, a cornerstone for building the Creative Economy and materializing this country's Soft Power. I think that's what BU personnel should be proud of. When outsiders look at us, for me, it's incredibly cool - the buildings are incredibly cool. It's a university I would want to study at."

He also discussed building team trust: "Creating a High Performing Team requires Psychological Safety - people must feel secure. We need to create a safe space for our team so they dare to try new things, experiment with new approaches. And another thing - they dare to speak up when we feel the team is going in the wrong direction. Like Peter Drucker, the father of Knowledge Economy and an excellent management model thinker, to build good teams, good organizations, and importantly, to create leaders by helping students understand - but it must start with ourselves: building TRUST in the team, building TRUST in the organization, and then creating BU students to take turns being leaders in the future."

Before concluding: " BU, this country wouldn't have many, many things. You should be proud of your alumni - everyone is excellent, and that's something to be proud of."
