CDE Students Showcase Climate Action Skills Through Immersive Experience "The World Cries, We React"

Creative Content Production and Digital Experience Department (CDE), School of Communication Arts, in collaboration with The Active (Thai PBS) and environmental partner networks, organized a creative activity in the form of an Immersive Experience to convey stories about Climate Action under the project "Green Active: The World Cries, We React."

First and second-year CDE students designed ideas for taking action to address the climate crisis, or Climate Action at home, through interactive and immersive experience exhibitions. They presented the issue of global warming through new media to raise awareness and inspire visitors to recognize climate change problems while stimulating participation in behavioral changes for the environment.

This project emphasizes student learning through real work experience with professional partner organizations, integrating creativity and digital technology in designing exhibition experiences. This helps students develop skills in media production, experience design, and communicating contemporary social issues for sustainable social benefit.

Additionally, within the "Green Active: The World Cries, We React" event, there were activities including the "Greencery: Convenience Act Store" exhibition explaining how we are connected to global warming problems; Green Awakening: film screenings to awaken the power to save the world; "Green Active Podcast" booth offering opportunities for visitors to share perspectives on Climate Action through Thai PBS Podcast; and the Thai PBS Market & Adaptation Activities - a sustainable food market, shops, and activity booths from Thai PBS and network partners joining forces to drive Climate Action.
