Bangkok University Savings Cooperative Holds 2025 Annual General Meeting
Bangkok University Savings Cooperative Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting at Room A5-501, 5th Floor, Building A5, Bangkok University. The meeting was attended by cooperative members, including faculty, staff, and university employees.
Before the general meeting commenced, the Savings Cooperative presented annual scholarships for members' children for the year 2025, and awarded prizes to personnel selected under the "3 Good Cooperative" project in the Member category (Good Saving).
The meeting proceeded through all agenda items in full, including the approval of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, acknowledgment of operational results, the internal auditor's report, and other related matters.
The General Meeting resolved to approve the allocation of net profit for the year 2025 as follows:
- Dividend: 3.36%
- Patronage Refund: 10%
