Bangkok University International — Featured Stories — Unlock Culinary Mastery with Chef Alain Müller

Our recent culinary workshop, guided by the seasoned Chef Alain Müller, unfolded into a delightful feast for the senses. With over 35 years of culinary expertise, Chef Müller showcased his mastery with a menu that included Malakoff on a bed of baby greens & vegetable petals with raspberry vinaigrette, seared and slow-cooked beef tenderloin, Culinary Arts Academy-style wild mushroom risotto, and glazed ginger local seasonal vegetables.

Beyond the delectable dishes, Chef Müller generously shared his culinary wisdom, providing valuable insights and demonstrating various techniques to elevate our cooking skills. His wealth of experience, spanning both Canada and Switzerland, added a unique international flavor to the workshop. In addition, there are also two alumni who graduated from the 3+1 program joining as assistant chefs and sharing their experiences with the juniors.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Alain Müller and our alumni for enriching our culinary experience and imparting knowledge that will undoubtedly linger in our kitchen adventures. Stay tuned for more workshops as we continue to savor the artistry of the culinary world!
